Steven Gordon founded Make Good Foundation out of lived experience, theological study, and a conviction that transformation should be recognised, supported, and sustained within community.

As Executive Director, he provides strategic leadership for the Foundation's development, partnerships, and public engagement.

Board of Trustees

Advisory Council

Make Good Foundation is currently establishing its Board of Trustees. The Board will comprise individuals with diverse experience and expertise who share the Foundation's commitment to restoration, identity, and community.

 

Trustees will provide governance, strategic direction, accountability, and oversight as the organisation develops and grows. Each person identified will undergo a rigourous onboarding ansd be offered the full support of the foundation to oversee their role.

The Foundation is establishing an Advisory Council comprising leaders from education, theology, criminal justice, church leadership, business, research, and community development.

 

The Council will help shape the Foundation's strategic direction, support its commitment to restoration, identity, and community, and contribute expertise to its research, training, and public engagement activities.

The Foundation intends to appoint a Patron whose life, leadership, and public contribution reflect the values at the heart of Make Good Foundation.

The individual identified for this role is a nationally recognised leader whose work has made a significant contribution within their field. Their appointment reflects the Foundation's commitment to excellence, integrity, and meaningful public engagement.

Building Our Governance

Make Good Foundation is currently establishing its founding governance structures. As trustees, advisors, and partners are formally appointed, they will be introduced on this page.

We are committed to building a governance framework characterised by integrity, accountability, transparency, and responsible stewardship. These structures are intended to support effective oversight, informed decision-making, and the long-term sustainability of the Foundation's mission.
